Shift timings. Hygiene even at the time of pandemic. Colleagues are good and helping in nature.

Dislikes

Too much discipline and tracking of each and every second of the employee. Most pathetic is the time tracking in the cafeteria.

The worst experience i have with adaan as they give 10k as a salary and give work of 200k of income and did not have any work life balance. If you do extra then they didn't appraise you and didn't give the any incentive.

Dislikes

The managers give the mental torcher and didn't give not more then 15 min break in 09:30 - 18:00 hours.

Culture is somewhat good but other than that theres nothing to like about thus company.

Dislikes

Strict timing. No phones allowed. No skill improvement. Not enough hike on appraisal. Need to spend extra hours in office if work is not done.
