There is nothing to like here. I have seen reviews left from different location but in the Delhi location you can see a pattern.

They come B-Schools in the name of internship hiring people from Marketing and Finance domain giving promises like you will learn about Financial modelling (For Finance folks) and Campaign management + Your Mentor will provide you your own team which you will lead in the 2nd month of the internship. Now after saying all this they will tell you on the 1st month you will just have to so some on field sales. - Now the marketing folks agree to it as we also know sales is a big part and we dont really move away from it, there is nothing against sales. - Finance Folks also agree to it thinking that we ill somehow manage as in the 2nd month we will get to learn so much, gain so much of experience. They HR also tells you that there is no target, the sales role is there so that you gain a deep knowledge about insurance products. Now the hammer drops when you have invested so much of your own money, moved to delhi, rented a flat, gave a deposit. All the internship hiring is closed so that you cant think about going away. On the 1st day only they will tell you, you will only have 7 days of in office training (It ended in just 5 days for me). Then your sales period will start. They directly say don't try to sell to strangers, strictly instructed only sell to your family members. Do we get a ID or any form of proof that we are from ageas federal "NO". You will only get you stipend (Which is of 5000/ month) only if you sell for 1.2 Lakh+. If you dont, then no stipend and no certificate (They gave me my certificate after a lot of begging but still no stipend of mere 5000, where i have spend 15000 per month just to be there in delhi. Now in the 2nd month, they continue the same, the manager will call you everyday and scream saying why are you not selling. Giving explanation like if you as your father for money wont he give you 50,000. Just ask him and sell to him. No marketing training, campaign management, no team, No financial modelling. They don't call you to office, they contact you just to scream and say why are you not selling. The Whole Internship program is just a fancy and somehow legal way of them extorting money from students and their family....Read More

they trick students into interning at their company and then make them sell their insurance plans to the familes if these students. They would promise to teach financial modelling and what not in the second odule of the internship but obviosly that wont happen until you make the sale. that too with a target of 1.5 lakhs. only afterbegging them they reduce it to 35K. otherwise you wont get your certificate. their office is as big as a washroom of a mall....Read More
