Ganga building- Allianz Services There is nothing to like about. You will feel like you are in a college atmosphere, like how you were in studying college. You will get water bottle, hoodie, cap and umbrella and a bag after that they will sabotage your life and control your entire life. This college lifestyle at corporate establishment is not a good idea and you won't find time to take part in arts cultural, sports events happening every every month. This company is made for people between ages of 21 and 26....Read More

There is micromanaging going on all the time. The ladies over there are very tricky and can anytime destroy the life of men in team within seconds if you try correct them or be superior over them. They will defame you and ruin your reputation. There is favoritism going on and this non sense Oskar awards ceremony are a waste of time,just to make other people who didn't get any away feel bad. These medals are for what?? It demotivates others and makes you feel bad. Secondly the canteen sucks, the food is below par and only once in a while it's okay. No one is your friend in the company. Literally no one! All these colleagues in a team are just colleagues nothing else, they are not your friends and don't get close with them. They will throw you out once you leave, they will not remember you next second and forget who you are. For guys if you are joining a team, don't join if there is a lady line manager and girls in your team. Please run away and find another team. Because the lady line manager will 100% favour the girls not the guys, and line manager always micromanages and pressurises us to the core till we are completely drained. They will ask for engagement fund every month of 200/- Rupees for birthday celebrations cakes and birthday gift etc. If there is a meeting or a lunch with team to be done they will ask us to come before shift hours. If a boy reports about a girl's misconduct towards him to his lady line manager or Senior manager no one will take action and it will disregard your complaint. Dy Manager from Procurement team promote only she likes not according to the ratings, Very selfish lady, Even i was communicated that i will be promoted but later she did not promote me to the next level. Allianz have a good work culture. It celebrates every festivities and are active on culture events. The job security is the most disgusting feature in Allianz.

Dislikes

Salary package is not upto market standards. When comparing Allianz employees are getting paid less. Micro management is very much evident within team's.
