The owner Mr. Mitra is a good person but unfortunately he is unable to be in all matter and the other managers (specially Mr. Susmik Chakraborty) always tries to manipulate the original situation and demotivate his subordinates. Specially Mr. Susmik Chakraborty thinks he knows every knowledge in this world and a great gem himself and always thinks others have no knowledge. Specially he thinks only the field persons have life and they only deserve betterment but the office supports are none as per his mentality....Read More

Mr. Susmik Chakraborty and some other followers of him in office. They make a team to torture newcomers and those who have potential to grow high and even go above their position. He and his followers are so much insecure as they have least knowledge and they know that they have no place to go if someone prove their incompetence to Mr. Mitra.
