The ideology of Top most management is very good. Fair compensation and benefits for internal employees.

The current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are significantly disorganized and lack clarity. There is no discernible or consistent procedure for tracking the progress of any work undertaken. Furthermore, management decisions appear to be subject to frequent and rapid changes, creating instability and confusion.
