Incharge is 8th pass and maximum staff is from up and bihar not even educated. Manager is 12th pass and i did b pharma work under 8th pass just because he is silverspoon for manager ! Even in all pharmacies only one pharmacist is avail rest all are 8th pass

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There are huge opportunity to gather knowledge of pharmacy. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and direct recruitment from HR department.

Salary is not decent and career growth is slow. But join as a pharmacist, salary is so decent from a normal staff.

The job sis quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was many formal training sessions in my job profile. I learnt every pharmaceutical knowledge on this job.
