I was deployed with a very big client so had a good time,WFH mode,good learning,good collegues. For Apps salary hikes were good initially

Dislikes

Small company,not many projects, couldn't get a project on cloud after my project finished with the client. Don't treat employees well once they go on maternity, do not give increments which are meant to be for past year. This shows their culture and employee friendliness. No job security.

Oracle erp is major part. Still there are different streams but core is erp. Teammates are really good. If you are fresher like campus hire better skip this company. Obviously it is better than mnc. But if you feel like you are good at logical thinking,problem solving and reasonably good at programming skip this company. Try some other company. There are plenty of them....Read More

There isn't much scope for learning. I don't know much about experienced people but for freshers apps>mnc but doesn't suit if you are pursuing a career in trending stuff. Apps barely offer anything other than stuff related to oracle erp.
