Oracle erp is major part. Still there are different streams but core is erp. Teammates are really good. If you are fresher like campus hire better skip this company. Obviously it is better than mnc. But if you feel like you are good at logical thinking,problem solving and reasonably good at programming skip this company. Try some other company. There are plenty of them.

Dislikes

There isn't much scope for learning. I don't know much about experienced people but for freshers apps>mnc but doesn't suit if you are pursuing a career in trending stuff. Apps barely offer anything other than stuff related to oracle erp.

For freshers its a good platform, but management should work more on to concentrate on Employee career, With present CEO Sridhar Bogelli its really a great honour to work in this company.

Recently Apps was aquired by BV equity group from then there are certain changes which spoiled some certain things for employee while looking at career growth
