Nothing,To much politics from the old employee,ane even HR from Mumbai supports them to do unethical things.

Dislikes

Every thing is here to dislike only.Beware before joining.Many people left the org in a short span of time.Now its a company of Hire and Fire.North office people are more unprofessional and play politics within their team.

I'm blessed to have the opportunity to work with Aptech Computer Education with an excellent working atmosphere.

Dislikes

We can work in a comfortable atmosphere. I have to work for 9 hours attending several sessions. I really enjoy the sessions and the students also enjoy the same. I get the opportunity of unleashing my own potential which in turn is beneficial for the students.

My work is challenging as I am supposed to train up the students of Aviation as well as computer sector so that they can crack through the interview.

I used to work at Aptech Rajoury garden as admission counsellor for just 15k that too in Delhi nd I left the place in just three months because there was too much pressure.In my first month only...they were expecting to give them large no.of admissions thats not possible because as per every company norms first month is just a training period...every day they used to call"how many admissions have you done" and used to insult in front of everyone plus there was a lady(center head).She never used to provide genuine data for calling and she used to attend all walk-ins herself!...Read More
