Management hierarchy is just worst and center people thought process...More interested to interrupt in personal life...rather than motivating towards work.. No proper technical training to counsellors. Only sales is important. There's no scope for growth.

Nothing is more important at aptech .just an employee will belive the company regarding in job security of role and a peacefull companian with out any hesitations and references .i didnt seen at aptech till atleast it may not consider for the notice period which they have initiated in offer letter before leaving the company i pitty on them
