One area that could improve is communication between departments. Sometimes, information doesn’t flow as smoothly as it could, which can lead to delays or confusion on certain projects and thus it cause of some unsuccessful delivery.

There the growth is really slow. Both in terms of money and designation. There is no gate for sharing new ideas. People are already there since ages and have planned their retirement, hence no scope for young blood to grow.
