1) On time salary , Ok leave policy 2) Flexible work hours and drop via cab 3) Tv, Tea and maggie in cafeteria 4) Broken fan ,chair and decent washroom

1) Less qualified and non deserving employees are given growth and promoted here . No appreciation for hard working employees and bringing fruitful accomplishments 2) Management is full of very manipulative and fake person who treats hardworking employees like servants and napkin which can be disposed anytime , they force interns to overwork as well 3) Politics , gossips and rumor spreading is present here in whole another level. 4) Heaven for politicians and buttering people but nightmare for hardworking serious employees as there credit will be taken and distributed my managers favored people 5) Hr team is full of talent-less and non qualified people who lie and manipulate gullible employees by spreading lies about their company and not giving important documents by avoiding important information about company policies and compliance 6) They are doing business of collecting and modifying useless junk papers in the most convoluted way possible using historical olden technologies 7) VP treats people like tools , Talks rubbish, does nothing and shows everyone that he can do anything even basic coding and bringing chair with fake smile. 8) They find interns in universities to make them work non stop and treats them like servants by taking every bit of their working energy as much possible 9) Company has no proper security compliance so its database and networks are not safe and can not handle strong cyber attacks so company can shut down any day because its devices are always getting hacked because people here are incompetent. 10) no work life balance , too much over extension of working hours sometimes even 12 hours working and even meetings at 12pm . 11) Their structure is full of old and ancient codes which is almost impossible to fix if it breaks 12) don't join if you don't want to ruin your future , Hiring and firing is a regular thing here...Read More

1. Office politics. 2. Management, HR and admin teams are just for show, all they do is gossip whole day. 3. They use old technologies and you will have nothing to learn here in this organization. 4. They have a good security team but the person who is leading that team has zero knowledge about cyber security. 5. They have a senior VP who will not listen to any of your problems. 6. They can fire you anytime without any prior notice. 7. They don't give over time allowance. 8. The working desks are dirty and they don't even give holidays on events like mayday. 9. The qa manager doesn't have any knowledge and is incompetent to understand the simplest concepts. 10. If you have any kind of medical emergency at your home they won't even consider giving you wfh or sabbatical leave. 11. Minimum pay compared to other companies. 12. No team building activity and they will give you theats to fire you, if you don't do what they say. 13. Unqualified people climbing up the ladder because they have a good connection with top management people. 14. Washrooms are dirty, desks are not clean, coffee machines sometimes not working, you can't directly approach HR or VP you have to get to them through appointment first. 15. You can not even use mobile inside the office. They place restrictions on using mobile even if you are listening to songs while working. 16. This is not a professional environment, this is more like a college environment where professionalism goes out of the window from the moment you join. 17. Nothing to like about this company. DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR CAREER FROM DROWNING.

1.ACs doesn't work at all. 2. Coffee machine area is always dirty 3. Have to call admin people for water and other basic things. 4.Desk are not clean. 5.Water bottles are dirty, they don't change the water regularly. 6. Office is full of cockroach, they don't schedule for deep cleaning . 7. Manager doesn't have technical knowledge.Shows partiality and favouritism towards his favourite employees. 8. Managers are pets of management who only barks when management tell them to bark. 9. They will fire you without any prior notice even you are good performing employee. 10. They use out dated technologies and there is absolutely no scope of development or learning in this company. 11. They will not give your appraisal saying the company is not earning enough money and they can't give you the money that you have worked hard for the entire year. 12. Appraisal and confirmation are always delayed. 13. You never get appreciated for your work. 14. You can't take your own earned leaves whenever you want. 15. The vp is South Indian and have no respect for his employees. 16. The HR and admin teams always gossip with each other and don't do any actual work. 17. Poor cyber security awareness in the company and the security manager has no technical knowledge. 18. They prohibit you from using your mobile phones and fire you on the basis of CTO's choice. 19. As an employee of ARC each day is new learning. Able to work as we want. Able to learn what we want. Able to implement new technology to improve the development. Till I worked here only limitations is employee themselves. Other than that lot of learning parallel on multiple technology. Seniors help juniors at there(junior) convenience.

Work-life balance was an issue. Other than if you love technology U will love to work.

1. If you really want to work with latest Technology then ARC is the best, you will hardly find a good software Product Company in Kolkata like ARC!!! 2. I have never seen such smooth and prompt actions from HR Team never before, they always helpful to resolve our issues 3. Salary- As per Kolkata Standerd, they offer really decent salary. 4. ARC having its big Game Zone in Kolkata office, which is really awesome and even they organize their Sports Carnival including internal Cricket/Football match every year 5. Colleagues are very much helpful and work culture is good 6. Job stability is there, they celebrate tenure appreciations every year which means ARC awarded the employees who have completed their 5 and 10 years in the organization 7.
