East culture is damn toxic. Existing zonal heads never put ears on deep level unless u have buttering options. Only interested to sit in glass chambers. Not even to visit metro markets even on metro location regional office. Regional heads who are basically area managers by role, are too uneducated specially in West Bengal in terms of academic backgrounds and past organisational weightages. They butter to get their job earlier and to save their chair currently they shows overwork even in holidays and week offs and insist subordinates to do the same by creating fear management. Nepotism and biasness is there in terms of appraisal in West Bengal as frontliners who will overwork to please the so called regional managers will get promotions. Frontliners have to drive the KPI KRA of their managers in terms of primary as they have zero involvement on the same. So called regional managers of Kolkata don't even write in English and don't have pedigree to join in any reputed organization to match the salary as most of them are old fellows in Bajaj. Regional human resource is just a poster name who has zero involvement in any issues as he is only driven what regional heads says. Even human resource don't follow the company policies as what regional managers decide is the policy.. To get a promotion from frontliners, u have to butter at least 5 years irrespective of your performance, education, and backgrounds. Travel allowance and daily allowance put together is 400 which is worst along with 6 lacs family floater mediclaim policy. Even the PF is under trustee which is not at all crystal clear.. 2 months notice period is there for frontliners.. DON'T JOIN IN KOLKATA AS A Frontliner as no parity on internal grades....Read More

I am an old employee who was part of HR team for 2-3 years , th e only thing i liked was my work because I learned a lot from HR team(Only off role girl supported me). because on roll HR were just using Off roll HR for work.. No importance , No value towards us.. please guys If you ever get offer from Bajaj don't take it. Its worst.. Also one good thing happened was I earned people and i am still in touch with all BEL employees....Read More

Lot of dislikes but I will say in one word - WORST HR TEAM .. Biased towards off roll employees.. No on roll HR were good especially Karthik Jogi ,Sanjay Gurav , Amrita, ..they just use off roll employees for work and present like they did all work.. SUMAN GHOSH worst HR head.. Rude and Biased ..don't deserve that post to be honest.
