one of the worst decisions ive made in my career was joining this compnay.Inititally,they promised a higher salary(30% hike).But latter clarified that the amount mentioned was actually my gross salary-which was almost same as what I earned in my previous company (Heavy deductions more than 14K). The work environment is disappointing.Most of the team consist of older employees, and there's a serious lack of new skills or updated knkowledge.Production is poorly managed, and projects are often executed without any proper planning. Whats more frustratinf is that some senior employees act like they're the most brillinat minds in india, but in reality , they dont even understand the basics of running a machine, it's hard to frow in such an environment....Read More

Hr system in that company was extremely unprofessional and disorganized. One HR representative in particular always acted as if she was tooo busy to respond properly. She didnt seem to have a basic understanding of how to manage the department. I joined and left a company within a month- it genuinely felt like I was trapped in a chaotic, disoriented system. Even during my exit,she didnt issue my relieving letter properly and made me repeatedly follow up, almost like i had to beg for it. When i joined, she told me i'd be placed in a specific department, but later changed her statement without explanation. She was arrogant, dismissive, and created unnecessary stress even before i received offer letter. It was a very disappointing experience....Read More

Most team managers are crook, including HOD Hods do not have technical back ground and do not take any decision-making or no approaches Hod do not have their reviews and end up being more like dictator s. They do not plan properly ,they only feed crying babies and ignore hardworking employees in fact increament and all are intentionally given low for some people like agms and all since they want to make good continues relationship . Zero for team building Production, quality persons are considered for higher post in RND without any skills and skilled employees are ignored No basis for increment only on face or person base, hardwork is being murdered No growth, no promotion even after 3,4years or 5 years but in the policy it's mention in 3 years.
