Please do not join the company and risk your career. I have seen them firing employees with in 2 months of joining without any prior notice. They do not care for their employees and have no right to play with anyone’s career. There is no job security. One is not sure, any day you can be fired and your system will stop working. It’s no less than harassment.

The worst thing is the planning and implementation by Top management. The upper management need to change. They don't know the impact of the policies that they are adopting. The middle and lower order is very good and supportive. However upper management is disguisting, unexperienced, and naive. Don't have any idea on how to make changes and adjust according to the market needs. This is the main reason for the backlash from the employees....Read More

Work-life balance at Better Mortgages was really good.

Dislikes

Senior management of Better Mortgages is very inexperienced and they took a plethora of bad decisions which led to the series of layoff rounds. Job security at Better Mortgages is terrible. As long as the layoffs are happening at Better, an employee will not be able to work peacefully in this organization. Employees have to work under immense mental pressure.

The People whom I work with were very good and supportive. Compensation and benefits were also good.

Dislikes

There was no job security you can not predict which day is going to be your last day at this company. One day you are working and suddenly your work laptop shut down and you receive an email saying "you are fired", a terrible experience working in this company. Worst Top management.

I like my team which was always helpful, compensation was good enough to be happy as well.

Dislikes

It's a worst company in terms of Job security, the management is worthless as they will assure you time to time your job is secure but you will be kicked out without any notice. It's a profit based company which won't think about the welfare of employees. If you don't have anything to do then please join this company to ruin your career.

Culture is amazing. Full of young, energetic and smart people. The overall vibe is different than other corporates. We have a voice and we are free to express. I've never seen such a great culture in any other organization. I love the company!
