Likes: I joined Bigbasket and after joining in just 15 days Imtiyaz who is last mile head at bigbasket has given me PIP ( performance improvement plan ) means you have to resign. Which company do this to new employee who just join and you give PIP in just 15 days ,he don't do anything just use his hunter to his joiner,he has done nothing after joining,he enjoys his life he do not come to office and jut do punch in and out , he is destroying Bigbasket and TATA name , worst manager in life . Don't join untill he is in ahmedabad in Bigbasket. He don't have any knowledge of anything just he abuse your mother and family. Please just take review from employee before joining bigbasket in LMD department<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.he is enjoying his salary without doing anything</mark>... Completely I felt toxic culture because few Reporting managers having powers and they are Miss using powers by torturing employees just because of personal targets
