Favoritism,Biased,VP favors his personal favourites and give them many benefit but tortures all other,.. he manipulate record in favour of his favourite people, it torturing alot.. he does not knw the proces and give all responsibilities to juniors, he is biased and misuse authority for personal benefit and for favourite people.. hedoes not deserve the authority to be VP. Very bad on salary, culture, promotion, appraisal and HR people. HR people not cooperative with employees,do not reply after multiple times chasing on mail and call for urgent work.
