We have good projects in Briadridge and recently almost all projects are introducing AI into the system. You will have internal opportunities if you want to move out of the project. Broadridge conducts CSR events every year which basically to provide education, food, and other events to help the backward school children. You will get opportunities to learn. Not only all about work, Broadridge also focuses on employee life balance by providing number of sports events, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, badminton and Cricket. You also have Gym time which is open 24/7 Broadridge gives good joining kit, key chain, T-Shirt, Umbrella a Gtpw token Overall it's a good company to work...Read More

Pay structure has changed 2 years consecutively which I didn't like. Vehicle parking is insufficient. Gym equipment are just okay, could be more machines

Work-life balance is generally good, though it can vary significantly depending on the department and the client you are working with. Other than that I don't see anything i like.

Dislikes

Broadridge has a highly biased work culture where Hyderabad-based associates receive preferential treatment due to the majority of managers being located there. There is no scope for upskilling, there will be no periodic one on one's, and promotions seem to be based on favoritism. Many managers appear unfit for their roles. Full of favouritism managers pets only got the hike and promotions. Talent is not required to promoted . Managers don't have skills to handle team but they can give work only hardwork persons and some members are roaming outside that is not a matter for them
