The benefits other than salary is not up to the mark.... and the team building is rarely done here. After a while the work just gets monotonous and you don't get to upscale your skills after a point of time.

Best place if you want to grow your career. Good hikes and bonuses will be given to you.

Dislikes

Season time will bring tears, you might have to work 14-16 hours a day without any leave on weekends. But it will last for 1 month at max in busy season. During off season you will be doing nothing, its like compensation for busy season.
