Firm tries it's best to satisfy the needs of its employees. Firm pays fair pay and also tries to provide proper work life balance also it has one of the best work place in Mumbai (infrastructure).

Work life balance is not good plus it has work from office policy for all the working days since April' 22 and employees have to travel at client place which are normally located at Navi Mumbai and Central/Harbour railway line. Therefore, traveling is also a biggest issue. Some of the managers are rude and will expect you to have overall knowledge of the work and expects you to complete entire audit from start to end without any support. Also in season people have to work 16-18 hours a day including Saturdays and Sundays especially in April and May....Read More
