Employee satisfaction, compensation and benefits are few to be mentioned which may be no other insurance company offers at present. One of the best place to work with but also should be capable of handling high pressure sometimes.

Dislikes

Sometimes the target seems to be sky high and Pressure will be so much that it will effect your personal life, stresses mentally as well as physically many a times . Internal politics exists to some extent.

My work is pretty nice and very challenging, interpersonal skill matters a lot and only sometimes I feel very hectic and pressurised.
