Worst HR policies, completely bureaucratic approach, HR treats employee like industrial labour. More than that their Strategic Internal Audit department's policies are invasive to personal life of employees and focused on creating a fear among employees.

Work environment, boring, very slow growth, people are working from last 15-20 years. No one leaves. All are aged staff. If you plan to retire from the same company, it is best. If you are a young person, you will feel difficult to survive.

Company try to give healthy work life balance. But internal team is the culprit here.

Dislikes

It was mentioned as Sat-Sun off. But team manager ordering us Saturday working against company’s policy. That too entire day. Reason he says is “customer complaint”. Horrible that there’s no standard has been followed by the team which was instructed by management. So service engineers are suffering even in week offs.
