Nothing , no skill development, poor Hr circle, too much internal politics that skilled labour has to choke. Ineffective labour management and no security for different baked candidates

Dislikes

Upper management and he work together to harm the skilled labours and continue with unskilled staff. Pathetic HR and pathetic heads who do not have time to listen or understand the lower belt’s challenges instead threaten them to speak out. Fully show off guaranteed in this org.
