I had a good understanding with my former principal of my department but eventually the coordinator of department changed and a new coordinator appointed to the department . Unfortunately the understanding between two of us doesn't match and the working environment as well as the quality of work is getting affected by the same .I don't want to hamper my performance abilities and rather than including in friction . I would like to channelize my energy toward an institution where i can perform well....Read More

Only it is a huge place to work in,politics remains on top there.no job security there.work is overloaded.no leave policies in sickness.increments are in the hands of the HOD.no serious employees are considered.staff is changed with clothes so no quality edu can be given.admissions are over.even before one day of exams ,new comers are admitted.students are listened to only in place of teachers .no respect is provided to Teachers.no growth.only close staff of HOd is seen....Read More

Chandigarh university is one of the best university of India according my point of view but incase of placements for hotel management students this terribly undefined.

Only u get salary on time .

Worst work culture. Only branding are there. No culture for research and study.No working environment for faculty staff. Only local people are working there because they don't want to change their home town place otherwise even maximum people don't deserve their job as a assistant professor. Only fresher are working for experience with less salary. Target based work .
