I am working here since a year and my overall experience is good and i appreciate the team for being consistance ..during this pandemic where many companies fired thr employees chegg keep paying us on time

Dislikes

I feel pay per question is low ...because we give our 2 hours on a question which is too long and sometimes 2 hours are not posssible to solve it ..keeping all that in mind i feel pay per question is low ... Beside that i really love chegg

The work life balance offered here is amazing.

Dislikes

Remuneration for employees is quite biased and are often asked not to disclose it to peers. Classic corporate tactic. Appraisals also happen with little clarity on the hike rates.

Dislikes

Question review policy by review team and some issues regarding chegg answering plateform. They don't provide facility to submit handwritten solutions so sometimes it is like wasting time.

Overall experience is fine but payment is very low and managers are not well behaved. There are some scams running under their nose and they refuse to recognise the same even after telling them about the whole thing.

Dislikes

Pay rate is very low. Managers behaviour is not so good, they act like computerized bots.

It's a work from home and work anytime kind of job. Ofcourse there are time dependent benifits but there's really no pressure. You can even work other jobs alongside this if you like.

Dislikes

Since it is mainly application of textbook learning into numerical problems, practical experience is low. We can't really grow from here.
