No work-life balance. They will make us work for 10 -12 hrs a day. we can see a lot of partiality and managers are egoistic. Job security is nill, you can be out of the project anytime. No option for skill development and even though you have an opportunity to upskill yourself so called egoistic manager will never allow you.

They have worst internal management. At the process of hiring I was hired for a particular project but after induction I was kept on bench and was asked to re skill by creating project and were not providing any further opportunity for different project. Even you keep mailing for queries they not reply soon. Worst experience

Everything is bad in this organization. Low salary. No job security. No project change opportunities. Delivery Lead is only saying Yes sir to client. No putting employee point of view in front of client. Client says if you are Java developer then you are .net developer also. You have to write .net code even if are Java developer.

Good WLB, Good skill development programmes including Masters from reputed University like BITS Pilani, Symbiosis through work integrated learning program. Work culture experience would totally depend on the Manager and the project that you work on.

Notice period is 3 months. Some projects have poor managers because of whom there is politics, unnecessary work pressure to impress the client and poor work-life balance. Not all projects but few have this issue. Make sure you are allocated project during the onboarding itself else you will have to go through hassles of making resume, attending daily updates calls on bench, appearing for client interviews. Micro management in some projects. Long bench periods. High mental stress due to job security. Job security always on risk. Be prepared with your skills every day and have a back up plan

1. Very high work pressure 2. Very legacy code and framework 3. All good work is distributed to client's developer 4.Micro management 5. HR and Managers at citiustech are of no use, They can't even put your points to clients or HR whenever required. They are of literally no use 6. You need to do unnecessary trainings in every 2 to 3 months 7. Very bad and legacy work culture along with legacy process oriented culture since new CEO Kohli has joined 8. If u are going to join GE project then ur life will become hell bcz u will be bound to follow two sides training like CT as well as GE which is reallly frustrating and don’t worry if u join as a developer congrats u will be working as a QSE, Designer and every possible role which is there🤣. Everyday when I logged in to work I get frustrated
