If you are deployed on site, all your schedules will be based on location and you have to follow accordingly. Good for fresher but switch after a year or you will get stucked.

Dislikes

Forget about FnF and experience letter even if you serve notice period.

For freshers it was good but there is no growth at all so it is better to switch

There salary structure is very low and no hike as you expected at last but not the least they give your salary very delay which irritates most of them
