This company is extremely unprofessional when it comes to full and final (FNF) settlement. After resignation, they completely ignore employees. No response to emails. no proper support from HR or the finance team. It feels like they intentionally delay or avoid clearing FNF dues. This shows how poorly they value their employees evenafter years of services. if you expect basic professionalism and respect after exit. CMS IT Services will surely disappoint you.
