1. They will say 8 hrs of working but they will make you stay till 12 hrs. 2. Some of them pressurise alot to wait even if you have completed all of your tasks. 3. Work from office which is really hectic

All employees are very nice and very helpful. Nice environment, lots of opportunities to grow. Training program is very good.

Give 0 benefits to interns. Fired a batch of 80 interns after making them sign a bond of 1.5 years and promising them jobs after internship.

Now I can freely speak about everything. As a 2022 graduate and because of our placement cell I have placed in some real MNC's and also having other 10 off campus offers in hand. Particulary didn't like anything. Coditas is good but I was in CAS team and everyone was frustrated there.

Dislikes

Some teams are not having good culture. Not treating team members with respect. Some managers really don't care about team members. Some senior consider themselves as leader and keep shouting all the time on juniors. No one wants to understand the underlying problem and improve the situation. Company was not in loss still payment reduced to half for new joiners during covid. People left in a bulk from CAS team. Some senior asks juniors to share their screen and open skype to read chats with other team members. Everyone is kind of overloaded and no one there to guide newcomers. Just blame game. Because of this it left bad impression for me. But there are positive reviews as well for other teams. But I shared this review with whatever I experienced there during my tenure....Read More
