Beware of DFS group especially security team with R**iv Sh*rm* as Manager. Once you join there, your future as a developer is over. You will asked to learn new technologies, but time will not be provided.Also you will encounter will seniors with Lala Attitude with designations but they are handed like potatoes. Immediately either switch teams or quit jobs.

No work life balance. work shift stretch till morning 4:00 am atleast 2 times in a week. Customer always complaints and the higher management is not able to find a way out. Managers of this company are evils. if you want to ruin yourself not just your career then this is the best place to work in.

Not occupied too much. No culture of early feedback. Everythingb is sudden and non transparent.

One person at BU account level decides the performance rating based on hypicratic managers feedback. Suddenly for no reason they initiate NI. Everytime when a person changes we need to adopt to his vision, the delivery practice is not in an organized practice.
