The real strength of Croda is its strong legacy products driven by high standards and ethics!! Really liked the process driven approach and encourage a good work life balance.

Dislikes

What breaks this high standards is the local mentality of few members of senior management. They only look for quantity rather than quality. There is lot of partiality towards their 'own' people and have totally spoilt the hard built soulful culture that it once had!!!
