Very worst company to work. There will be no training, directly they will put u in project. No help from seniors. Top level management is very worst. Inhuman HR policies. Salary is below market level and that too we will receive once in two or three months. Waste company.

Dislikes

No comments simply waste. No benefits for employees. Atleast try to give salary every month.

There was nothing to like about this orgainsation except learning. They are tourturing and doing harassments to their employee. No ontime salaries (2-3) delay. Increament after 2-3yrs only. Saturday sunday work. There are no proper HR. If you have any issue, there is no one to take your points. As per the new policies, they wont give any exp certificates of you break the bond (3yrs). Instead termination letter will be provided...Read More

Management, Managers, HR I used to works sometimes 100 to 120 hr weekly. alternate Saturday is off but that is just on documents. Your team lead or manager or project leader will create a situation where you have to be available on Saturday and Sunday.

Work is good . Its embedded so intrestion for me but its hectic and frustrating always. They do not give enough respect to software engineers.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Company provide food and tranport facility but you can use local bus and it is same in cost.
