Everything. Poor and toxic work culture. They will hire you, and after coming on production, they will treat you worse. Trust me, do not join this company worst work culture. If you do not meet the expected QA, they will immediately put you off board. There is no PIP and all. No food, no travel allowances. No proper shift timings. They will change your shift monthly, change your week off weekly. Even for a bio-break, they will ask you to take a break and leave. WORST WORST WORST management. Do not go to this company, no job security, no professional management. You do not know when you are going to be off-board when the project finishes. All these things will not be shared by HR's; don't go for salary just go for sustainability in any company....Read More

Management was always a concern. I understand it's part of the job, but the team needed to expand to meet the workload effectively. Working in the Spain market was an extremely challenging experience.

Literally it's a product base company they will throw away whenever they wish with a silly reasons. No job security, no proper management, No night shift allowance, No incentives, No bonuses, No travel allowances etc... Worst place I ever worked that's the reason I resigned.

DAZN is a streaming Platform in which it allows all of it's employees to access and experience all of its Devices and Gadgets to work and for Sports FANs it is going to be a DREAM job for them.

Dislikes

As it is a Product Based company the work timings is not feasible and you have to be in office to ensure the Delivery goes on without any issues forgetting about the time and situations you have.
