Dont ever think working in decathlon, They will treat you like a cattle The store manager Md. Wasim Ansaari is illiterate, He only promotes and give hike to the person whom he like, He dont know anything how to handle team, He totally depends on his DM's even he makes all the presentations and documents from his juniours and present it to the Regional manager and ejoy the perks ,

There are many things to like about this company (I was working with Decathlon Khelgaon, New Delhi) as it operates in a different style than other retail companies, following are a few * No boundaries in top level and lower level management which is a great setup for utmost transparency among colleagues. * A lot of roles to play at individual levels, that obviously makes you good at multi tasking and subliminally helps you figure out what you are actually good at, also on the other hand it helps to determine your weakness areas as well * You are allowed to make mistakes, there should'nt be anything stopping you from trying, either by fear of failures or judgement. * Good and very Helpful trainings...Read More

* No work-life balance * Transparency leads to increasing team clashes * No clear performance monitoring system * Poor managerial skill of store manager (Decathlon Raipur) makes 12 people leave the organisation in 4 months. * No HR, no qualitative hiring * Expert level politics
