Very very very long working hours. They make you strech for hours and hours and you feel underpaid. They call themselves corporates but it's like a school where you don't havenay freedom

Very open culture. Best for fun or sport loving people like me. Growth chances here are very high if you are potential. Company re-hire policy is great they give more chances to those who have been working in Decathlon before
