At Delhivery tech team, I have had diversified opportunities. The team culture is very supportive and collaborative. Flexible working environment. Ample opportunities to learn.

At some level I feel, that support functions within Tech are not valued as the core development team is. With this I have learnt that if the organisation isn't recognizing and promoting you nor giving any feedback, then simply ask for what you deserve.
