Likes

Job Security & Dell Learning app are the only two good things. Apart from that you get to know a bit more about computer hardware but to be honest it's not what you expect it's pretty useless stuff. Hardware part is not even included in training, it's something you get to learn on floor. It's a good place for those who don't care a bit about work life balance and just want to earn good money.

Dislikes

Most people who work here have been there for 10-12-14 years but won't share their experience or help instead they have start to act like those govt. Employees who know just loves to laze around and show their superiority when someone asks for help.

Work Details

I didn't really hate work. I hated the fact that almost everyone in the team had to stay on the system and compile their data and then fill sheets providing the reasons of repeat dispatch

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings) 

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
