The HR department is inferior: HR won't pick up your call or call back later Always have to check with their managers Only recruits junior roles and always hire freshers with a bond of 2 years minimum stay or to pay 3 lakhs to break the bond and leave in between The interview process takes months to complete and will not be confirmed immediately The Training period will not complete as scheduled and the HR team has no updates on it The HR team fails to inform you about anything on time - It may be a benefit, a policy, or standard circulation messages. Every piece of information will reach you once you no longer need it....Read More
