Don't give candidates the draft or profile they deserve or working upon, instead demote them to lower profile and hire and promotion took more than 3-4 years to different level.

Working here reminds us like students, as we are still in school.. to run behind marks every month. Superior standing position. Their fake expression. Fake 9 hrs working without ot. Superior can teach you how to do 10-15 work in 10 minutes. They can also teach you to work without money. Only for dmart growth so that they can get more appreciation and SHARES.

Everything.. Super senior behaves like they are only owner of the company. They knows that it's how much different to work on ground level, with customers but still giving too much pressure on the basis of 5₹ Cadbury.. employee needs to dance not for their enjoyment but only bcz to please CH. Working here drons all over blood...by superior, senior, customer with no happiness. No festival holiday, no leave r allowed. Depends upon your contact with all other employees they can remove you from job, also there should not be any public gathering we can attend. Superior can do this....Read More
