Dolphin is a closely held family company and owners know practically every employee at a personal level. The peer group during the period 1994 to 2007 was excellent however gradually disintegrated towards the end mainly due to lack of recognition and adequate and timely compensation.

Dislikes

Owners Personal Interests above employee consideration.

Work Details

As it happens in most closely held companies, rather than performance proximity to owners and their favourites matter most.🙁

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
