Good culture and we have some many opportunities to learn some things in Dr Reddys and company has developing the employees and implemented so many softwares like to avoid data integrity softwares online activities, applications of online activities like in engineering team we have PM, BD, Calibration apps. As per company culture and policies was good job security how are perfectly woking like without any data integrity, following the safety and quality. During Work Satisfaction is available the work was completed successfully and quality of work was completed by myself but after end of the year the promotion and appraisal time increment satisfaction is not their. This is the only negetive point who are doing hard/smart works in their are never growing up as per experience no positions is available if you joined as V1 to V4 you will be in same position don't have a growth. Managers specially engineering techlead on api side are very bad both in terms of technical and managerial skills. No promotion for process engineering scientist role.
