Work-Life balance and learning opportunities. There is always an option to work with CFTs and learn and still manage your day-to-day affairs.

Dislikes

Their appraisal, rating, promotion, and basically any HR policy are horrible. Maybe one of the worst. in industry. The HR team that works here is not only incompetent but their policies are downright medieval and confusing for themselves too. This is because of bad management.
