Good working environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policy are good. But because of corona disaster some employees are out and office is closed. Work/life balance was terrible. Always waiting until the last minute to tell people they are working weekends, etc. DSV does not care about it's employees. They consistently over hire and then let people go when the market slows. There is not skill development. You are taught the basics and then thrown into the fire. If you sink or swim is up to you. Seniors manager and reporting manger they use u for their benefits. During merger between agility and dsv I was the sole operation person for Ahmedabad branch. I was talked closing all pending rask related to air export/import, ocean export/import, project, custom brokage and invoicing backlogs. Once all these tasks completed,I started Facing undue pressure. Despite my efforts, shipment were not alloted to me by my reporting manager. Whick allow him to question my performance. I was given an ultimatum to resign in an hot or face termination. When I asked reason, I cited for a vague " code of conduct" violation and subsequently terminated and spoil my image and carrier...Read More
