ECS Computech is a leading provider of IT solutions and professionalism and dedication to quality truly set them apart. the at ECS is highly professional, every interaction was smooth. they maintained open communication throughout the entire process.

What was particularly frustrating is that the company hasn't shown signs of adopting to the current Demand for hybrid work. In an era where business worldwide are shifting toward flexible work Environment, this lack of adoption at ECS feels like a missed opportunity.

I stared my journey with ECS almost 2 years ago as Oracle Technical Consultant. The work environment is very positive. Getting to work with good team and senior colleagues is an added advantage. I am given sufficient time to deliver my role on projects. The training sessions are very productive.

Like all companies, ECS also has its own set of issues. Some times the work load is heavy and there are times I have not much work. Sometimes my project demands working late into the night. Admin rules are strictly implemented.
