Everything depends upon your performance with the client. Encora has good employee backing support too. If the project gets over you’ve many options opened with the other clients too. Huge Bonus & compensation benefits too. Encora is widely spread across the globe which makes your job security if you’re skilled. These is a room for your personal skill developments too

immediate joiners were preferred first due to client’s pressure

Work from home, certification target which is a plus but not to push hard

Dislikes

No back up of projects. senior management not good pushing resources for long hours work and certification. If certifications not done, no appraisal. Expecting to work on weekends because of improper management. Hope not everyone management in Encora are like this
