Company culture and company policies For any outsider who is working for top tier companies , Ensono provides Shift allowances across all shift, Allowances for oncall, transport facilities for pickup and drop, You will feel as one of the owner with the equity program for all joiners irrespective of date of joining. Chennai office infra is likable to most of all. Good company culture and friendly management. You will be invited for snacks every evening. Executive management is approachable and friendly. Hybrid policy is really flexible either once a month, twice a month, or it depends. No manager has forced people to reach office which is really cool. In terms of monetary part you will be respected. Ensono provides a lot programs to keep the associates healthy. Work life balance is 100%. Retirement age as per policy is 65. Compared to 58/60 in similar companies. Variable payout is usually paid 100% or more depends on performance. Heard only during the covid period it was not paid 100%. Increment is always 8% or more by default and is usually more based on performance. There are other companies who falsely promise associates about 100% variable payout based on daily Return to Office, but later change words with If's & But's in their policies. For any one who is going through this feedback to think about joining Ensono, If you are someone who works Hard & Smart and used to work for Indian based MNC in their past. Consider Ensono as product/Service based company with benefits that you would get to know in Affluent top tier companies like Meta,Google etc. I am Sooper happy to be associated with Ensono and looking for many more years ahead....Read More

Managers are all liars. Initially all the contractual employees were told they'll be absorbed by Ensono after 6 months but they started firing people for no reasons specially north indians. In my project everyone is from Hyderbad and Chennai, some are from Bangalore. Pune folks are getting fired for no reasons, even if you are good at your work. Shift Roster that they're preparing is so bad, you're shift will change every week which is not healthy at all. Don't trust your managers, looks like they are trained sweet talker. I was working on payroll of XYZ company and after I received call from XYZ HR about my lay off I approached my manager. He acted like he is not even aware of it and advised me to work with XYZ HR to understand about it. Then I approached Ensono HR and he told me that it was business decision and my manager was also part of the meeting where they made this decision and he was part of the email communiocation as well. If you're contractor then even after joining keep looking for new opportunity and leave this company soon you find better any full time opportuniy....Read More

yes, the work from home gives time flexibility and work life balance. I need not to show off in office, like I am working, while my work usually starts after half day of office hours.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, Ensono is full of opportunities. Only thing to improve is HR dept, they really treat employees like they are giving jobs by their pockets. They treat employees like their personal labor. I have very less interaction with HR so I am good.

Dislikes

Lateral hires get better job band and designation, which hurts the long term employees. Regular market correction in terms of designation and salary is needed to maintain balance and check attrition.

Ensono used to be one of the best organisations but it has become not so exciting after Indian leadership started running the show. They need to stop playing dirty politics before start loosing great resources Pay parity issue with favourites getting lot of packages than rest of the folks. Work pressure without any recognition. Not consistent with approach and too many frequent changes .
