The product has frequent issues and bugs, leading to repetitive customer tickets with no timely or permanent solutions. There's a lack of proper support from team leads and managers. Micromanagement is a common issue, and employees often face unnecessary comparisons and blame games. Recognition for your work is limited, and the overall team environment lacks collaboration and positivity. Your job is not secure here. I have seen 2 layoffs in last 1.5 years. Total layoff of more than 120 employees. Salary is good but of no use if your job is not safe.

Good Salary above market standards. People are nice.

Management, since they don’t have vision for company. Putting lots of pressure & no work ethics. No system in place and expectations are we are working in MNC which is not the case. CFO of a company is so harsh with team and HR doesn’t take notice of it. Soon people will take an exit if culturally they don’t improve themselves.
