they just deployed you to the client location from the first day if the project is over that same day they will release you. if you want to leave you have to plan 15 days before you required both approval experisIT and client managers. and 90 days notice period

we are in considaration client will continue if you are thinking like you work hard for them but client never continue you and not increasing salary even if stay with them 4 or 5 years.

Its a third class company. It hires people saying permanent job but they are like placement office. The company for which Experis hires you, can withdraw offer and you will be job less at the last moment. it happened with me. Its better to keep away from such garbage in IT industry.
