There is nothing which can be appreciated for in Experis it.

Dislikes

This is consultancy. There is no career growth here. They deploy employees in IBM projects which may release them at any point of time. No job security no matter how ur performance. Salary is low and credited in late hours. I recommend everyone not to join this consultancy either apply directly to any startup company if u don't found mnc's.

Work Details

Once I got project in IBM , then its good place to work. But no one knows how long will they keep u as contract basis in IBM project. Bad luck, if u got release then Experis It people will tell they will provide new project but they won't. u r jobless now

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hr of Kolkata named kasturi talks arogantly and behaves like a governer .Never cares for the employee and never picks or reply call and e mails. Pathetic work culture !!!!

Nothing good I can say , atleast train your hr how to treat with candidates from which you are earning.
