FedEx was genuinely one of the best places to work but nowadays the management has become only profit-oriented, not work & employee-oriented. Every year so-called survey gets conducted to take the feedback of the employees just for formality purposes. Ultimately the strategy gets implemented what management decides. Internal politics has reached its peak. For the name of career growth, the company is doing scams. They are dissolving departments as per their wish & advising the employees to relocate to the new city either with the current salary package or in case someone is cracking the interview of a senior position they are just giving hike of 8-12% on CTC in a tier 1 city it means the end of the month the in-hand salary will be increased by maximum 500 INR. it is not clear whether they are giving increment or treating the employees as a beggar...Read More
